Gardenburger, Portland, OR, has introduced Herb Crusted Cutlets and Crispy Nuggets, both of which are soy-based. Herb Crusted Cutlets are coated in a bread crumb crust and contain high amounts of protein. Crispy Nuggets are pizza flavored and contain brown rice, tomato, pizza spices, mozzarella and Romano cheeses. The nuggets are positioned as a children’s snack.
